What becomes available when we stop trying to stretch the body open, and begin listening to it instead?

This 2.5-hour workshop is an invitation into a slower conversation with your body.

We’ll weave yin-inspired shapes with somatic movement, fascia-focused exploration, breath and interoceptive awareness, creating space to sense what is happening beneath the surface rather than pushing toward an outcome.

This isn’t about flexibility.

It isn’t about achieving the “right” shape.

It’s about curiosity.

Learning to notice.

To mobilise.

To soften and melt.

To listen.

And to allow the body to show you where it wants to go.
